According to the law of the Russian Federation on consumer protection, Internet signal amplifiers are technically complex household goods that cannot be returned if they are of good quality (operability).
At the same time, customers often have a question – will the amplifier work in the place where it is planned to be installed? What happens if the purchased device does not meet the expectations that were placed on it?
In order to meet our customers’ needs, we decided to return the product purchased in our online store. An individual buyer can return the device purchased from us without explanation within 7 days from the date of purchase (in the case of delivery by a transport company – within 7 days from the date of receipt of the shipment).
A product of good quality intended for return must meet the following conditions:
- The product is fully functional.
- There are no signs of use on the product (dirt, scratches, other damage to the housing or other elements of the device, traces of installation on the product body or mounting accessories), its appearance and consumer properties are completely preserved.
- The product’s factory settings are saved (except for the settings necessary for connecting to mobile data networks).
- The warranty sticker and the serial number sticker do not show any signs of opening or other damage.
- The full original configuration of the product has been saved.
- The factory packaging of the product and components has been preserved.
- There are documents confirming the purchase of the product in our online store.
- When returning the goods through the transport company, the proper packaging of the shipment is required, which excludes contamination or damage to the factory product packaging and its contents (stretch or air-bubble film, if necessary – a hard crate).
To return the product, you must complete the form and send a scanned copy to the address [email protected] The letter must be accompanied by a copy of the passport (spread with a photo) of the person to whose account the funds will be transferred. The Manager will contact you within 2 business days after receiving the application to agree on the procedure for returning the product and making a refund.
